Upon retiring from the City of Philadelphia after 35 years of service (23 years as permit director), Robert H. Boothroyd, Sr. founded Municipal Consulting Group. The Company has dedicated itself to providing expedient, skilled and attentive service to architects, engineers and building contractors needing construction permits from city, county and state authorities.
